AI Responsibility

Bev/Art commits to applying AI with integrity, accountability and care.

At Bev/Art, we believe technology should enhance trust, not compromise it. Our use of AI is designed to streamline workflows, but it does not replace the expertise and judgment of our people. We hold ourselves accountable to the heritage community, our customers and the public, ensuring that AI is applied with integrity and transparency.

AI Use Policy

We promise to be transparent about how we use AI in our work. When artificial intelligence supports our content creation process, we'll say so clearly and without fine print. Every piece of AI-generated or AI-assisted content is reviewed by our team before it’s published and we only publish information verified against reputable, authoritative sources. We will never upload, replicate or alter copyrighted or trademarked materials that don't belong to us and when we build AI features into our products, we design them to be optional because our customers should decide how and when you AI.

AI Feature Release

Our software's built-in AI analyzes real-time sensor data when a report is generated, delivering concise summaries and flagging anomalies and risk indicators automatically.
