Introducing the Pro Sensor for Heritage Climate Monitoring

Updated: 3 days ago

The Pro Sensor more than triples the range of Bev/Art’s industry-leading Nano Sensor and is about the size of a LEGO brick.

Hot off the presses! Bev/Art announces the launch of its Pro Sensor, a discreet solution with industry leading performance to safeguard art, artifacts and cultural heritage.

“With the Pro Sensor, we’re once again redefining sensor design and performance,” said Håvard Lystrup, Co-Founder & CEO of Bev/Art. “The product is one of the smallest sensors commercially available, while delivering unparalleled range, accuracy, battery life and data backup.”

The Pro Sensor more than triples the range of Bev/Art’s industry-leading Nano Sensor, offering +/- 2% Relative Humidity (RH) accuracy, an unmatched 15-year battery life, and top on-device data backfill for up to 31 days. Designed to be as unobtrusive as possible – it’s about the size of a LEGO brick – the Pro Sensor ensures continuous, precise monitoring, even during power outages or in remote locations.

“Bev/Art changed the landscape of environmental monitoring with the Nano Sensor,” said Boris Pretzel, Bev/Art’s Science Advisor and former Head of Science at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. “Today’s release of the Pro Sensor further delivers on their mission to offer discreet, high performing sensors that keep the focus where it belongs – on the art and artifacts they protect.”

Both the Pro and Nano Sensors are available now, with subscriptions that include cloud connectivity devices, software and installation.
