With a team of four dedicated employees in Oslo and Trondheim, we are now seeking a talented Preventive Conservator / Indoor Climate Specialist to join our ranks.


Position: Preventive Conservator / Indoor Climate Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Assess and advise clients on the impact of indoor climate on collections and energy consumption.
  • Collaborate with the Bev/art team to enhance Custodian, our climate monitoring system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Conservation or a related field.
  • Proven experience in preventive conservation within museum or cultural heritage settings.
  • Good understanding of indoor climate management.

Employment Duration and Growth Opportunities

Starting in Jan/Feb of 2024, the position is initially posted on a project basis for 12 months, with the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance. We're open to discuss both full-time and part-time (min. 20 hours per week) positions. Previous knowledge of the Norwegian language is not a prerequisite, and we will sponsor your visa application if you would like to relocate to Norway permanently.
